Cindy Bernhardt is the Chief Operating Officer of Cachematrix. In this role, Cindy supports growth, enhances client service, manages risk, promotes operational efficiency, and drives new product development. Prior to focusing on Cachematrix, she held various roles at BlackRock including Head of Product Development and Strategy within BlackRock's Global Cash Management Business where she held primary responsibility for new product development and existing product management across cash investment solutions.
Before her time at BlackRock, Cindy oversaw investment management at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) for all US-based cash products, including money market mutual funds, securities lending cash collateral, enhanced cash funds, and sweep-related cash. Prior to joining BGI, Ms. Bernhardt spent two years as a trader in the Money Market Funds Group for Fidelity Investments and four years in the Taxable Fixed Income sales group at Lehman Brothers.
