Chief Information Officer
Matt Crooks is the Chief Information Officer at Cachematrix. In this role, Matt is responsible for oversight of all the development efforts for the firm, for determining the strategic technology direction, and for coordination of all project management and client delivery/implementation efforts.
After holding numerous executive level positions at large financial services companies over the last 15 years, Matt brings his passion for project success and his unique blend of information technology, project management and operations experience to the Cachematrix team.
Prior to joining Cachematrix, Matt was the Director of e-Service, Project Management and Business Analysis at Berger Financial Group. In this capacity Matt was responsible for new Web site trading functionality, outsourcing of Web hosting, developing sales commission systems, mutual fund consolidations, company wide vendor management and numerous other projects.
Before Berger, Matt was the Vice President of e-Service/Business Projects at Janus. In his 10 year career at Janus, Matt was instrumental in sponsoring, managing and implementing countless projects that helped Janus grow immensely during his time there. His project sponsorship of $20+ million projects, and his oversight of all Transfer Agency project management and vendor management during his tenure have provided him with a wealth of experience that he enthusiastically shares with clients.
Matt received a Bachelor's of Science from Colorado State University, with a Major in Mathematics and a minor in Statistics.
